NEW ROMNEY CARAVAN PARK CHARGES 2009
The season extends from 20th March to 31st October 2009.
The plot fee for the 2009/10 season is £2331.24 (exclusive of insurance, gas, electricity) to be made in instalments as referred to below: One instalment £2281. (£50 discount) payable by 6th December 2008; Two instalments £1201.52 by 6th December 2008 and £1129.72 by 1st March 2009 or Four instalments £2381.24(£50 admin charge) - £595.32 by 6th December 2008, 2 instalments of £595.31 on 1st March 2009, 1st May 2009 and 1 instalment of £595.30 on 1st July 2009.
NO REFUND OF PLOT FEES will be made to owners terminating their Licence or selling/removing their CHHs from the Park.
All correspondence should be addressed to New Romney Caravan Park with payments by cheque made payable to HILLBOROUGH PROPERTIES LIMITED. Credit card payments carry a 2.5% surcharge.
The first payment/instalment of Plot Fees for each CHH is payable by 6th December 2008.
The plot fee must be paid in full by 1st March 2009 (if either Option 1 or 2 has been taken up). If full payment is not received by that date, the Company is authorised to re-let the plot, de-site and move the CHH to the storage area.
If a caravan is moved from its pitch by reason of non-observance of the Company’s Terms and Conditions or non-payment of fees due, a de-siting charge is payable. The current charge is £250.00 plus VAT, but will be increased if theCHH jacks or wheels have not been maintained in full working order, to include storage at a daily rate until removed from the Park.
When a CHH is re-sited the owner will be charged for re-siting and reconnection to all services. The current charge for this service is £850.00 plus VAT.
If a CHH is disconnected from the services due to non-payment of fees (including any late payment charge), when the CHH is reconnected to the services, following settlement of all outstanding amounts to the Company, the Company will make a charge of £50.00 plus VAT for such reconnection.
Electricity supply is by meter and will be charged at the current rate at the end of October 2009.
The Company does not guarantee any particular plot to any CHH owner and reserves the right to move any CHH at any time should it be considered necessary.
