What are the Running costs for my holiday home?
This is a common question and to answer this easily all charges are listed below, more in depth info can be found on the Terms and Conditions Page.

Site Fees - £2400 (7 month)  or £2700 (9 month)
Your annual site fee covers rental of the pitch for the entire 7 month season. This will also include local authority rates and goes towards park maintainence, Wi-Fi connection and park improvements.

Site fees can be paid in one of 3 ways:

1. Pay in full by 6th of december and get a £50 discount!

2. Two installments:    £1265.38     by 6th December
                                 £1134.62     by 1st March

3. Four installments:    £612.50       by 6th December
                                  £612.50       by 1st March
                                  £612.50       by 1st May
                                  £612.50       by 1st July

If you wanted to stay for a 9 month licence inform the office staff and make arrangements to either pay the extra £300 upfront or spread it over your current payment dates

Electricity

Electricity on the park is metered, average consumption would be around £100

Gas

Bottles are sold on site at the following prices:
15kg for £28.50
19kg for £33.00
47kg for £69.50

Caravan Insurance

We can help arrange this for you but by all means shop around, average pricing could be around £100

Total Cost

All together this means the complete running cost of your holiday home at New Romney caravan park will be between:

£2500 - £2700 for a 7 month season

£2900 - £3100 for a 9 month season
